International Poster Journal of Science and Technology (IPJST)
Biomass Conversion Research Center (BCRC) is starting publishing International Poster Journal of Science and Technology (IPJST) 2011. The triannual publication is intended to serve as a medium for peer-reviewed scientific posters. BCRC was established in 2008 to support Science and Technology goals of Government of Pakistan. Headquartered at CIIT Lahore, this virtual center unifies Pakistan’s efforts to advance technology for producing fuels, value added chemicals, materials, products and power from biomass. BCRC fosters capability building in renewable bio-based fuels, chemicals, industrial products, and power to catalyze the creation of new industries and supports technical improvements in efficient and economical use of biomass in agriculture-and forest-based industries. The creation of BCRC is a collaborative effort of devoted family members from;

BCRC aims primarily to tap the intellectual capital to tackle issues of resources conservation, diversification and environmental sustainability by developments in Chemical, Biochemical and Process Engineering, Mechanical and Biomechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular biology, Genetics Agriculture Sciences, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Natural Products’ Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Fermentation etc.
